When you elect your class representative (class leader), what will you do? In democracy, voting.
When you elect your ward member , what will you do? In democracy, voting.
When you elect your Surpanch, MLA, MP, what will we do? In democracy, voting.
In all these cases, who got the majority number of votes, is the winner.
When brothers and sisters in a family or separating, what will we do? get every one's agreement on various issues and properties etc., etc., Separate with some agreements.
If there is a dispute while dividing, what will we do? Go to Court, and get the Judgement.
Like this there are some approachable ways to ask for or discuss on Separate Telangana, But What happened today? One person who lost the above said voting did some drama called hunger strike by enjoying the luxuries of top class treatment and drinks. And our UPA Government announced a separate state for that?
If there is a seperation in Andhra Pradesh (my home), there must be some agreements between Telangana region and other regions (brothers). But who is Chidambaram or Pranab Mukherjee to sit in New Delhi and decide what they want to do with my home? Where is the agreement between the family members here? None of the family members know that their house is going to break up into parts. Some family members are eagerly waiting for this break up for so many years on various reasons, and most of the family members are opposing this break up from the begining. Ok, consider Chidambaram, Sonia Gandhi & Pranab are the members of jury bench, then where is the court proceeding? When they called Andhra People for court hearing? In Chidambaram's dream that mid night?
If we discuss and separate, then both parties will be happy and will maintain good relations in future. If leaders of Telangana want to get the Separate Telangana like thieves in the mid night without the knowledge of other family members, then no doubt Andhra & Telangana's relations will be nothing better than India & Pakistan relations.
Have a look at the following to know how many family members are there in each region and then decide who is majority and who is not? (excluding Hyderabad) analysis here (Statistical Analysis of Development in 3 regions of United Andhra Pradesh)

Here 17,301 villages and almost half of the villages in the above 11,148 villages are asking for Samaikya Andhra. We don't need to consider Hyderabad here as no one in Hyderabad want a Separate State. So who is who to decide here about a separate state?
