The second phase of polling in Andhra Pradesh is on 23rd April 2009 which is going to be held in 140 Assembly and 40 Parliament Constituencies.. Heard that Maha kutami had the edge in the phase 1 elections that are held on 16th of this month. But definitely this phase is the crucial for all parties and especially for PRP as it's existence in Telangana is almost Zero.
