This waste fellow has to go back and check the history on what is the people's cooperation towards any health & society related improvement plans.. What is the family planning rate a decade or two decades ago and on the present date.. It is only the people who are co-operating over the years and upto some extent the officials.. but not these leaders. They only eat, drink and sleep..
