After the failure of Warangal Odarpu Yatra which is against to the party high command, Jagan is in a very difficult position now. Congress High command called up chiranjeevi to extend the support in the coming Rajya Sabha elections. This won't end there, from the inception of PRP it is very evident that PRP targetted more on opposition parties than the ruling Congress Government. If Congress high command is looking for a person with charishma for future elections in 2014, at this moment Congress don't have any one of such stature. Jagan is trying to be one since his father's sudden death but the high command is totally against to him. From the beginning it seems like a cold war between Congress High Command and Jagan gang. With the recent Warangal Odarpu Yatra, Jagan openly went against the high command which will definitely make the Madam in Delhi angry.

 

So, now congress has only two options left in Andhra Pradesh for 2014 elections. One is Jagan and the other is Chiranjeevi. Chiranjeevi's PRP managed to bag around 17% of the polled votes in 2009 general elections which directly helped congress to win on TDP at almost 60 to 80 constituencies. So the idea of pulling Chiru into congress is definitely going to be a plus for Congress as the Symbol 'Hand' of congress itself has some solid vote bank. with chiru's 17% it will boost up the present percentage of congress votes though Jagan had to leave Congress.

 

If the line is clear for chiru to enter into Congress, no way Jagan will be keeping quiet as Chiru is a big threat for Jagan's CM chair dreams. At that point of time, a person like Jagan will directly pull his socks to fight against the high command with the help of his supporters in AP and the Mining Bosses in Karnataka. Here the question comes, Jagan is financially sound to buy leaders but still there will be a guaranteed involvement of Gali Janardhan Reddy to support Jagan financially. If that happens, will Gali Janardhan Reddy suggests Jagan to set up 'YSR-Congress' or will he be pulling Jagan to join hands with BJP (Gali's present party in Karnataka) which is a national level party. And what Jagan's idea will be? As far as i can see, if.. if there is a need for jagan to move out of Congress, i guess he'll be setting up a new regional political party called 'YSR-Congress' rather than go and join 'BJP'. One more main reason for Jagan to go on his own will be the stand of BJP on telangana issue which is totally against to YSR's stand on Telangana.

 

Whatever the outcome is going to be, the political movie in Andhra Pradesh in the coming days is going to be much more interesting.
