History repeats. One of the prominent states ruled by Nizams in 16^th century, the Golconda State adopted several systems established by the Delhi  Sultan. Golconda couldn’t oppose the wish of Delhi rulers for longer time!

If Telangana supporters win, Samaikya supporters lose; and vice versa. But both will lose if Center wins. Yes, now Congress Government has dual advantage by making Hyderabad the second National Capital Region. One being the opportunity to have strong grip on deccani  (the South by and large) states and the other gives a right answer to continue their hawa in Coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema without much damage to their image.

KCR to TRS to JAC to Telangana-Congress 

All that started as one man show. King’s new clothes were discovered by TRS! Then it’s got a tremendous support from JAC. In fact, this change gave a way to Telangana Congress. The movement almost shifted to southern Telangana with active participation of Jana, Komati Reddy and Damodar Reddy.

Between Mahaboobnagar and Nalgonda, there is longtime rivalry in OU. KCR is down now, so is his area. Telangana Cong leaders, especially the Nalgonda Cong. representatives, are all set to send a message to center that Congress will not become an underdog if Telangana state is declared.

KCR coming home empty handed

If Hyderabad state is announced, KCR will be blamed for coming back home without Hyderabad. His face will be faded gradually. Obviously Congress will have hold in the Telangana region. Same with Hyderabad- local and young leaders like Daanam, Mukhesh and Mayor Karthika Reddy would gain advantage as MIM is always there to boost it up. Because MIM will become a state-level party. 

Vijayawada-Guntur as capital of separate Andhra

So, Congress has to find a way out to win the hearts of Coastal Andhra people.  One of the best solutions is, ask both the states to build their own state capitals. Perhaps the trade capital Vijayawada and Guntur, the twin cities in this stretch, would be the political headquarters separate Andhra.

 Nalgonda, the separate Telangana’s Capital

Geographically advantageous district, Nalgonda, which is sharing its borders with seven other districts (5 of them are Telangana districts) would have a fair chance. This could be also be considered as a gift for local leaders who are now giving Congress color to Telangana movement.

Hyderabad: the replica of Delhi

With all atmospheric and geographic (plateau) resemblance Hyderabad would host the president of India for longer stays. Reason being unknown there is a rumor that Hyderabad is a right fit for some parliament sessions in down south. Hyderabad Real Estate industry is boasting that Telangana movement will not have much impact on properties. They are even telling that Central Government has a proposal to set up both the Houses at Samshabad as an alternative for parliament of India.

But all is not well

People of Andhra Pradesh put in so many efforts and built a semi-cosmo called Hyderabad. It is one of the fastest growing cities in the world. Finally, we may have to handover the city to Center as usual. All the taxes and riches would be controlled by the Union Government. People of both the regions have to work from scratch to find their avenues and to build their headquarters.
