Lets do some simple maths here..

300 engg colleges.. lets say each college property worth of 30 to 50 crores? not all the colleges are worth of.. so on an average 30 0r 50 crores.. 300X30 or 300X50 which comes around 900 to 1500 crores.. how many staff from an engg. college will have a salary around 30,000 per month? 100? i don't think so.. but lets take it..

300collegesX100staffX30000sal = 90,00,00,000 means monthly 90 to 100crores to maintain the college?

when government can invest 1lakh crores to irrigation projects, why not 1000crores to remove professional courses from the hands of private people?

what is happening to the people who are loosing the homes and lands due to the road widening etc., ? government pay compensation right? do the same to these private engineering colleges and private hospitals.. pay royalty for them for certain period of time based on the number of students in the college's roll call.. the more they have the more they get, which is indirectly driving them to maintain college standards in order to get more number of students to join their college..

charge the students at the rate of government fees but maintain the salaries of the staff of that particular colleges according to their current pay scale..

naturally, once government took over, with in few years, the standards of education will go down, but at least take one step first in the right direction, by then we will come out with the solution for the standards of education..

ok.. figures are not necessarily be the exact figures, but roughly around that.. which means if governments really want to make the good education & health available to the common man, its not impossible..  we continue later..
