Congress MLA Konda Surekha wants to tie Rakhi to CBN, but no permission from YSR

On the occasion of Rakhi festival, party women MLAs of TDP and Congress tied rakhis to their Chiefs Chandrababu and YSR. While doing this warangal district congress MLA Konda Surekha told YSR that this year they are planning to do Rakhi festival in a new way and they want to tie Rakhi to TDP supremo N.Chandrababu Naidu with YSR's permission. But in reply to that YSR didn't say anything and he kept quiet. It has sent the needed signals to Konda Surekha and other women MLAs that they are not allowed to do that and finally they didn't tie Rakhi to CBN. :) a state with full of freedom, isn't it?
