Kapu/Naidu caste( Balija Naidu/Telaga/Munnuru Kapu/Turpu Kapu/ontari ) represents more than 25% of the population of Andhra Pradesh.It is high time the caste is called in  one name as there are no differences in the sur names ,Gotrams,customs etc and as umpteen number of alliances are taking place all over Andhra Pradesh,Tamil Nadu and Karnataka among this caste people irrespective of the region they come from.

I WONDER WHY KAPU CASTE IS CATEGORIZED INTO KAPUS,BALIJAS, TELAGAS, MUNNURU KAPUS ?. WITH ONTARIS THE  KAPU CASTE WITHOUT ANY DOUBT SURPASSES MORE THAN 25% OF THE POPULATION OF ANDHRA PRADESSH.IN THE SAME TOKEN WHY VELAMAS ARE NOT  CATEGORIZED INTO  VELAMAS,KOPPULA VELAMAS,ADI VELAMAS,POLINATI VELAMAS,PADMANAYAKA VELAMAS ETC,KAMMAS INTO KAMMAS ,CHINNA KAMMAS,PEDDA KAMMAS,GODACHATU KAMMAS,KAVALI KAMMAS,GAMPA KAMMAS ETC, AND REDDYS INTO REDDYS,GUDATI REDDYS,PANTA REDDYS,KONDA REDDYS,GANDLA REDDYS,VADDE REDDYS,MOTATI REDDYS AND SO FORTH ? MAY BE THIS TYPE OF CATEGORIZATION OF THESE CASTES WOULD DILUTE THE NUMBERS AND HENCE WOULD  HURT THEIR POLITICAL MILEAGE!

Mudiraj and Munnurukapu is having relation
telaga and velama is having relation

Mudaliyar = Pamdal (Padmashali)
