The “reach” funda

August 29, 2008 18:00 by viswamitra

Less we know about hockey until Shah Rukh Khan played the key role in Chak De. A ‘dry’ topic suddenly turns interesting when it is / becomes a fave of our beloved persons.

One of my friends never liked a dish that is made of paneer. He wished to try it once at his favorite restaurants of Delhi. Since that moment he started tasting it at places elsewhere. Within three years he knew everything about paneer and tasted almost all paneer-recipes. Interestingly, now the restaurant is no longer there in New Delhi.

In our lives, most of the unknown things come and sit on our minds with the influence of our loved ones and pets. In my childhood, I used to enjoy the movies so much that I watched along with my father. Again, here the credit goes to dad, but not to those movies.

You might have felt like wearing baggy pants that were donned by your favourite hero, or sometimes, even thought of taking up a profession with his inspiration – though the profession is totally new to you.

Administration, government bodies, protocol and many other constitutional affairs are Greek and Latin to common people living in this country. But when their favorite person forays into politics they certainly think at least for few minutes what he/she is up to and what it really means to be in power.

In Andhra Pradesh many people came to know about this with NT Rama Rao’s shift to politics from movies. The number of constituencies, the self-government concept, the language and many other issues were magnified and became interest of public who used to worship him, loved him and people even who hated him.

Whether the person wins or loses doesn’t matter. One big advantage of people with stardom entering politics is the awareness levels of people grow. People, especially the so-called professionals working for MNCs and local corportaes (who never tried to vote, didn’t bother to know who their rulers are and how their citizenship helps the country grow further) will give a thought to elect someone close to their heart and see him in power.

This in turn develops their knowledge of society and reminds the responsibility as a citizen though their favorite leader is not in power.  The “reach” factor is going to work again with Chiranjeevi’s new party launch. Unfortunately, sometimes, the same factor affects the winning chances of true-to-society, hardworking and passionate leaders.

Truly Trilinga!

August 18, 2008 23:14 by viswamitra
Fight at your best… the winner would become the CM. This is the mantra delivered by kingmaker RR to big contestants Chiranjeevi and Chandrababu Naidu!

It is overheard that media baron Ramoji Rao drew out a solution to beat YSR in the battle of Elections 2009.

If they turn out with strikingly equal scores, the one who gains more support from independents will lead the government. In such case, independents would be at great demand.

Swarnandhrapradesh, Santhoshandhrapradesh, Harithandhrapradesh... Which Andhra Pradesh are we up to??

Mayawati unfit for PM: Mareppa Said

July 23, 2008 02:48 by Close To Reality

Mareppa said that mayawati is not suitable to be the prime minister of this great country.. Ok, we agree with him.. but what will happen in India if the same dialogue has been uttered by any other caste leaders like YSR, CBN, Advani or Manmohan??

1000 buses will be burnt, 10 trains will be stopped in the middle, 3days bandh.. meantime we also will do some gundaism.. Its only acceptable if a Mareppa (Madiga?) or Mandha Krishna Madiga or Harsha Kumar or K.A.PAL or Mandha Jagannatham say this words.. If others say the same, then we will say that "CBN is anti-dalith" "YSR is reddy Pro" etc., etc., .. Already Manda Jagannatham stated that "CBN is anti-Dalith" to cover his recent jump from TDP to Congress..

"memu notikochhinatlu maatladatham, hi-tech malalu antaam, mayawati waste antam.. " , meeru maatram noru moosukoni koorchondi, endukante, alaa maatlaade hakku maaku maathrame sontham, memu dalitulam, venuka badda vargaalam.. alaa ani cheptoo vuntaam.. chebutoone vuntaam.. inka oka 1000 samvatsaralu gadichinaa memu venukabadda vaallame, memu ila maatlade vallame.. kaavalante rasisthaa.."

well done Mareppa Annayya!! ee rojukee statement chaalu.. repenti mari nee statement? chiranjeevi CM ki paniki raadu anaa? idi monnane cheppaavu kadaaa.. :)

CPM expelled Somnath Chatterjee

July 23, 2008 00:34 by Close To Reality

Lok Sabha Speaker Somnath Chatterjee has been expelled from his party CPM today.. Is this the honour for which he was hanging to his chair even though his party has taken a decission against UPA government? He'll be the first speaker of Indian Parliament history to get this honour.. whats next? may be Congress doors are opened for him earlier itself..

If i win the MP elections by contesting from certain party and by carrying the party's flag.. the basic moral that i should follow is, to be a desciplined member of the party and act according to the party's decision.. If i want to do something that i wish irrespective of the party's decision, then i should contest as an independent.. No, i was already an MP under certain party, but right now i don't agree with the party's philosophy, then i should resign to my MP post as well as the party's membership and should face the election as an independent or under a party which suits to my principles and should ask for public support to help me to win by explaining my principles..

But, today, in indian politics we rarely can see the leaders with some morals and principles.. when the chair person of the parliament house itself doesn't show his dignity, how anyone can expect morals from the "BAADUGA NETALU (now we know why andhrajyothy said this word)" like Manda Jagannatham or the 8BJP MPs or 1JDS MP etc., etc., all these leaders are jumping from one place to other for their personal benefits.. but still one thing which we can not understand here is, howcome the political parties encouraging this kind of characterless people?? may be the parties need their party's benefit in the short run.. and once their ship reached the shore, i hope the parties will put checkmate for these "Cats on the walls" or "vegetables in the market" or "Characterless human beings"..

people of Nagar Kurnool constituency should feel guilty for electing a leader like "Manda Jagannatham" and "TDP" for making this kind of fellow as the vice-president of TDPP.. do you remember "kanakapu simhasanam paina ..... " , "burada lo raayi veste ... " , etc., proverbs when you think about this kind of people ?? ..  I do remember.. Its not CPM, Its not Congress, Its not BJP or Its not TDP.. any leader from whichever party do this kind of "Jumpings" and "non moral activites", i urge the people of my country to teach them an unforgettable lesson in the next elections..
