How Indian Fans will react on Sania Mirza's wedding with Pakistani Cricketer Shoaib Malik?
Not a good news but definitely a sad news here from Hyderabad. The news is about Tennis Star sania Mirza and her engagement with her childhood friend Mohammad Sohrab Mirza held in a Star Hotel in Hyderabad on July 10, 2009.
Indian tennis star Sania Mirza’s engagement has been reportedly called off. Sania’s father Imran who also manages her career, called off Sania’s engagement to Mohammed Sohrab Mirza.
Sania didn’t indulge into the details of why and what of the matter, but confirmed that her engagement with sohrab Mirza was off. Times Of India quoted Sania as saying “We were friends for half a decade, but found ourselves incompatible during our engagement period. I wish Sohrab the best in life,” she said.

After their engagement there were doubts weather Sohrab would cope with the high profile Sania who has widely travelled and very popular. Sania, looks to be struggling with the differences for the last couple of months, as her results on court show. Sania who is in Malaysia to play in the Federation Cup Asia Oceania Group II competition, starting Feb 2, 2010 has also confirmed the news of engagement call off with Sohrab.
