The former Prime Minister of Malaysia Tun Mahathir bin Mohamad started blogging a year ago (if i am not mistaken may 1st 2008 or may 2nd 2008) at chedet.co.cc. For the past few months i have been following his writings and some of his posts are really interesting and very very useful for his country. One more famous blogger politician in malaysia is Lim Kit Siang who blogs at limkitsiang.blogspot.com

Though Tun Mahathir was a Prime Minister of the country for more than two decades (16 July 1981 – 31 October 2003) and retired from active politics, this old gentleman still won't step back when it comes to criticise the government when it is stepping away from it's line, and he is still so enthusiastic to serve the nation with his writings.. Recently (just yesterday), he started a poll on Government's decission to teach Mathematics and Science in Bahasa Melayu (native language of malayisa) to catch the public's nerve and no wonder, people's stand is against to it, which is actually his stand too.. more than 75% rejected the idea of teaching maths and science in Melayu (as of now). Here you can also find his questions to the government about the money that has been paid by the country's biggest petroleum company Petronas in his post Where has the money gone to?
Politicians from all the corners of the world should learn from him.. As long as people love him, no one can stop him.
