She was also awarded as the best lady villain award for the role of Komalika. And quite a few organizations have bestowed her with Best Anchor Award. Today at a function to be organized at Sri Tyagaraya Gana Sabha, she is being awarded BEST ANCHOR OF THE DECADE with a Gold Medal by the cultural organization Aaradhana.
‘Anchoring always remains my first love, I keep doing serials as long as I get good characters like Komalika and Samata which give a boost to my career’ she adds.
